Reach is

midway between the western North Carolina cities of
Hendersonville and Brevard and

Route 64 which connects
the two cities. It is a community
of 97
single-family
residences,
the first of which was
constructed in 1988 and
the last in 2004.
A clubhouse (with kitchen and lavatory facilities), two tennis courts, and a solar heated swimming pool are under the control of the Etowah's Reach Property Owners Association. The Association is also responsible for enforcing the covenants. Each resident lot owner pays an assessment of $25/month to the Association for maintenance of the aforementioned common facilities.
Providers for public service utilities are as follows:
